Active Youth (Grades 1-4)

The “Active Youth” program is designed to enhance and expand the athletic foundation of young athletes by introducing speed and performance skill development, in the areas of ACCELERATION, TOP SPEED, CHANGING DIRECTION, STRENGTH, POWER, and more. Our coaches provide detail-oriented instruction while fostering a positive, high-energy experience throughout their athletic journey.

  • Enhanced sprint mechanics
  • Build explosive acceleration
  • Improve first-step quickness

Change of Direction/Agility

  • Improve lateral movement and change of direction ability
  • Sharpen footwork
  • Learn controlled deceleration and quick re-acceleration
  • Develop body control, balance, and coordination

Strength Class

Strength

  • Master bodyweight movements
  • Build total body strength and stability
  • Strength progressions using med ball exercises

Conditioning

  • Enhance speed and submaximal endurance through engaging activities as we build a strong “fitness” foundation

Rising Athlete (grades 5-8) 

The “Rising Athlete” program is a comprehensive program emphasizing the critical components of speed development such as acceleration, top speed, agility, strength, and explosive power. Participants will engage in a curriculum of higher intensity that not only reflects the demands of competitive game day scenarios but also fosters personal growth through the enhancement of self-esteem and confidence.

  • Introduce and improve top speed technique and velocity 
  • Refine running technique for greater efficiency

Change of Direction/Agility

  • Master multi-directional quickness
  • Enhance reaction time and decision-making on the move
  • Build fluidity and control in dynamic agility patterns

Strength Class 

Speed Skill Development

  • Advanced bodyweight and resistance training (the use of free weights)
  • Focus on proper technique for safe strength progressions
  • Develop total-body power and strength

Change of Direction/Agility

  • High-intensity drills to boost athletic endurance
  • Build capacity for sustained effort in sports
  • Conditioning for game-specific demands
