Elevate Team Training is more than a training program-it’s an EXPERIENCE. We will provide a detail oriented team training program where athletes will learn the fine details of increasing athleticism. Programs are designed to increase your team’s sport specific athletic needs in areas of speed, strength and conditioning with an equal emphasis on building a strong program culture in a fun and memorable way. Athletes will leave each session a more educated, stronger knit team ready to accomplish their seasonal goals.

Speed Skills

Speed comes in many forms such as acceleration, agility, changing direction, deceleration, top speed, and more. Athletes will learn the key details of each speed skill in order to execute and retain their newly acquired skills now and for years to come. This is the starting point to proper development and maximizing your team's performance.

Injury Prevention

Healthy athletes equals higher performance and more playing time. Our warm up, program exercise selection and design will equip athletes with a strong foundation in the necessary skills to move efficiently and prevent injury.

Strength Training

The foundation to any high performing athlete is their total body strength. Whether it be body weight or free weight strength training, athletes will develop a structurally sound body to maximize performance in speed, power and injury prevention.

Competitions

While some say you’re born with a competitive spirit, we believe it is an acquirable trait every athlete and team can “awaken” inside of them. From the stress of a tough workout or team competitions, our programs will motivate and challenge teams to compete at a higher level.

Sport Specific Conditioning

Throughout the rigors of competition, athletes must meet and sustain the physical requirements that are particular to their sport. Programs are tailored to address the aerobic (low tempo) and anaerobic (high tempo) demands put on the body in order to perform their best the entire length of competition.
